Responsibilities
The Human Resources Manager will be responsible for:
- Administers and communicates various human resource plans, use of company forms, and procedures.
- Assists the Director of HR with managing employee communication and relations.
- Communicate various human resource processes to prospective employees.
- Being the liaison between managers and key departments such as the Payroll and Talent Acquisition Department to ensure timely processing of payroll and on-boarding.
- Assist the benefits department during the open enrollment period in communicating benefit information to employees.
- Assist with the annual performance review process for general and on-site staff.
- Participates in administrative staff meetings and attends other meetings as required.
- Assists in evaluating department reports, decisions, and results in relation to established goals. Recommends new approaches, policies, and procedures to effect continual improvements in department efficiency and services performed.
- Ensures all human resource information records, including compiling and maintaining employee personnel files, employee licensing documentation, etc., are uploaded into the Company's shared drive.
- Assists with maintaining compliance with federal and state regulations concerning employment by maintaining and updating required postings of state and federal labor laws at all new and existing work sites.
- Provide assistance and guidance regarding liabilities, risk management, and policy administration. Conducts research and prepares administrative reports on policies and procedures.
- Provide feedback to the Director on any issues, concerns, reassurances, accomplishments, etc. Be the representative of the HR Department during property visits and/or community events.
- Work on other tasks and projects as assigned.

Qualifications
Qualifications:
- Associate diploma required
- Previous experience with Paycom preferred
- Multi-state expereince preferred
- Associate's or bachelor's degree with a concentration in Business or Human Resources, preferred.
- At least 5 years of experience in Human Resources preferred.
- Excellent customer service and interpersonal skills. Must be a team player and people-oriented. Must work effectively with co-workers, clients and others by sharing ideas in a constructive and positive manner; listening to and objectively considering ideas and suggestions from others; keeping others informed of work progress, timetables and issues; addressing problems and issues constructively to find mutually acceptable and practical business solutions.
- Must be a self-starter with initiative. Ability to multi-task.

- Demonstrates strong communication skills consisting of verbal and written.
- Demonstrates high intuitiveness, quick-thinking, and problem-solving abilities.
- Ability to work under tight deadlines and consistently meet deadlines.
- Must be proficient with computer programs needed for specific positions, including Microsoft Outlook, Word, and Excel.
Pay and Benefits:
$80,000 to $90,000, depending on education and experience.
