We're seeking a dynamic Implementation Team Lead to bridge technical configuration and project management in our benefits administration technology space. This hybrid role focuses on leading client implementations while providing technical guidance to configuration teams.
This role is ideal for someone who enjoys wearing multiple hats, can adapt quickly to changing priorities, and has a blend of technical and project management capabilities.Key Responsibilities

- Lead multiple concurrent client implementation projects in an agile environment
- Manage and triage configuration team workload and priorities
- Collaborate with technical teams to ensure successful project delivery
- Perform SQL queries and data analysis for troubleshooting and reporting
- Guide teams through parameterized configuration implementations
- Maintain client relationships and manage project scope
- Provide technical mentorship to implementation team members
Required Skills & Experience
- 5+ years of software implementation experience in Health & Welfare benefits or insurance industry
- Strong SQL querying skills and database knowledge
- Proven project management experience in fast-paced, adaptive environments
- Experience with Agile methodologies
- Demonstrated ability to triage technical issues and determine impact
- Experience with ticketing systems (e.g., Azure DevOps)
