About the Role:
Obligo is looking for a driven, curious and fun Content & Partner Marketing Manager to join our team and help us fulfill our mission of ridding renters and properties from the burden of security deposits and establish a new standard of trust in renting.
Reporting to the VP of Marketing, the Growth Marketing Manager will be responsible for driving both B2B and B2C customer acquisition and growth.
The role includes planning, executing and reporting on all digital growth and lifecycle marketing strategies, including email, retargeting, paid social media, display advertising campaigns and creative growth strategies. If you love growth hacking and experimentation, this role is for you.

Salary Range: $100,000- $140,000 + bonus

What You'll Do:
- Create and optimize paid search, paid social, display & retargeting campaigns
- Manage email and SMS marketing automation including writing, template creation, list segmentation, campaign set-up, tracking, and Hubspot lead nurturing
- Manage lead list acquisition channels and lead scoring/qualification tools
- Hypothesize and prioritize - where are the biggest, fastest, most out-of-the-box growth hacking opportunities for Obligo?
- Optimize our website through analysis of traffic flows, content management, landing page optimization and more
- Track deal attribution for each marketing campaigns, allowing measurement of spend, CAC, and ROI for all digital channels
- Provide graphic design direction to external resources for campaign asset creation
- Harness AI, novel tools and outsourced vendors (i.e. Fivver, Upwork) to supercharge every aspect of your work
- Collaborate with Sales, RevOps, Business Development, and Customer Success departments to ensure ongoing campaign alignment
Skills & Qualifications:
- 5+ years of experience managing digital and lifecycle marketing campaigns
- Exceptional writing & verbal communication skills
- In-depth experience with marketing automation tools (Hubspot or equivalent)
- Experience in building and optimizing campaigns in Google, Meta, and Linkedin
- Experience in conversion rate optimization, optimizing email campaign, ads landing pages and prospect funnels, including A/B and multivariate testing tools
- Experience analyzing data in Sigma, Tableau, or Looker
- A keen eye for great graphic design
- A hacker mentality - you're ready to make things happen!
- Industry experience in B2B or B2B2C is a plus
- Experience with AI tools is a plus
