The ro le you'll contribute:
The Manager of Strategic Programs is responsible for managing processes and tools that coordinate the logistics and execution of multiple interrelated programs and top initiatives within AdventHealth that are required for the achievement of the AdventHealth strategic vision. This critical role is responsible for system-wide line of sight to strategic programs, timeline visibility and knowledge transfer of accreditation requirements as well as data analysis and research to help support strategic planning. Programs and initiatives may include, but are not limited to, market and volume growth strategies, financial savings targets, large-scale transformations, technical implementations and any other programs withing AdventHealth. The person actively cultivates customer relationships with AdventHealth Executives, Directors and operational leaders such as Business Line Directors. This individual must possess mental agility to be both a strategic collaborator and a tactical thinker to ensure programmatic alignment to strategic priorities and effective execution of projects. The Manager Strategic Programs will independently manage assigned projects and will help plan and organize programs and activities as well as carry out important operational duties as required by the Division Chief Clinical Officer. This individual will also actively collaborate with senior leadership for the development and reporting of clinical analytics products to accomplish strategic goals.
The val ue you'll bring to the team:
Assist with development and driving of strategic initiatives by structuring complex issues into phased workstreams and deliverables. Ensure project goals and objectives are achieved within the project scope and timeframe established by the Executive Director and the CMO/CNE/CCO and management committees.
Collaborate in developing comprehensive and strategic business value propositions and plans to support the strategic initiatives identified by the AdventHealth Cabinet and senior executives.
Prioritize and manage agendas by collecting, prioritizing and completing follow-up activities related to agenda items by coordinating and communicating with senior executives and other leaders.
Align with the Division Chief Clinical Officer and the CMO/CNE in management and execution of critical projects and touchpoints with entities (internal and external), budget preparation and ongoing tracking, progress/milestone accountability and reporting to Boards, committees, internal and external audiences.
Consults with executive, departmental and initiative leaders on the effective integration of AdventHealth Clinical initiatives with market input and the strategic framework to ensure alignment, reduce friction and add value to our markets.
Perform and coordinate complex, cross-system clinical data analyses utilizing internal and external data sources.
Use advance healthcare knowledge to make relevant and insightful observations from a variety of data sources to advance care innovation Collaborate with AdventHealth Analytics and Corporate Analytics to monitor and maintain the accuracy and quality of data used by AHC for reporting and accountabilities Functions as a Data Stewart Deliver data products in report/presentation format to meet AHC leadership or facility expectations.
Qualifications
T he expertise and experiences you'll need to succeed:
Master's in Healthcare or business-related field, Information Systems or related field.
5+ healthcare-related experience.
5+ working with data analytics.
