As Regional Logistics Manager, you'll play a key role in ensuring that our global supply chain runs smoothly, efficiently, and reliably. You'll lead process improvement initiatives across logistics operations, drive vendor accountability, and strengthen collaboration with internal teams to optimize fulfillment performance. Job's mission
As Regional Logistics Manager, you'll play a key role in ensuring that our global supply chain runs smoothly, efficiently, and reliably. You'll lead process improvement initiatives across logistics operations, drive vendor accountability, and strengthen collaboration with internal teams to optimize fulfillment performance. Your work will directly enhance customer satisfaction while reducing costs and delivering real, measurable value across the supply chain.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement strategies to streamline logistics operations and reduce costs
- Manage 3PL providers and ensure adherence to SLAs and contractual obligations
- Standardize logistics processes across regions to eliminate inefficiencies and redundancies
- Identify and reduce expedited shipping and redundant storage expenses
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure timely fulfillment and prevent revenue loss
- Track logistics performance metrics and lead continuous improvement initiatives
- Manage escalations and accountability with internal and external stakeholders
- Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Business, or a related field
- At least 7 years of experience in logistics, supply chain, or operations
- Strong negotiation skills and experience managing 3PL contracts
- Proficient in data analysis, spreadsheets, and logistics performance reporting
- Excellent problem-solving, communication, and organizational skills
- Experience in a high-tech or semiconductor manufacturing environment
- Familiarity with global logistics regulations and customs requirements
- Demonstrated success in leading cost-saving initiatives across multiple regions
- Experience implementing logistics software or process automation tools
