HOW YOU'LL MAKE AN IMPACT:
The Sr. Director of Sales, International is responsible for leading, developing, and executing the Wholesale sales strategy across international markets. This leader will oversee the international sales team, build and maintain key relationships with partners, and ensure that revenue targets are met or exceeded in alignment with the company's growth objectives.
This role reports to the EVP of Global Sales and is part of their leadership team.

HOW YOU'LL MAKE AN IMPACT:
The Sr. Director of Sales, International is responsible for leading, developing, and executing the Wholesale sales strategy across international markets. This leader will oversee the international sales team, build and maintain key relationships with partners, and ensure that revenue targets are met or exceeded in alignment with the company's growth objectives.

50% Strategy & Business Development for International partners
- Strategic and innovative leader driving revenue in the international partner business
- Identify and evaluate new market opportunities, distribution channels, and strategic partnerships
- Develop and implement comprehensive international sales strategy aligned with CRI goals
- Collaborate with cross-functional partners on product development/line management and marketing
- Build and maintain strong relationships with distribution partners globally
- Lead the business based on customer performance, risks, opportunities, market trends, customer needs, and competitive activities; inform and influence Leadership Team
- Evaluate and leverage process and procedure; hold team accountable to drive efficiencies across the division
- Lead and develop a high performing team that provide best-in-class leadership to our customers to drive results
25% Account Management
- Direct ownership and management of several international accounts to include all components of the sales process
25% Planning & Operations
- Matrixed responsibility for planning and operations functions for international accounts
- Responsible for P&L and international pricing strategy for international sales
- Cross-functional collaboration with Marketing, Merchandising, Legal, Finance, and Supply Chain
- Negotiate contracts for new business development. Ensure financial requirements are met
- Ensure full compliance with regional laws, customs regulations, and international business standards
WE'D LOVE TO HEAR FROM YOU IF:
Must have:
- 10+ years of progressive, successful leadership in the retail or wholesale channels; must have proven success growing new businesses with a high level of complexity
- Strategic thinker with strong analytical capabilities; must be able to present and communicate complex ideas and strategic initiatives
- Deep understanding of P&L management, financial planning, and risk mitigation
- Track record of productive, influential cross-functional relationships; history of eliminating barriers to achieving goals by way of relationship building
- Demonstrated strong decision making, negotiation, and problem-solving skills; not afraid to take calculated risks and offer point of view
- Excellent cross-cultural communication, relationship management, and influencing skills
- Successful experience building, leading, and retaining high-performance teams
Preferred Skills:
- Success scaling retail operations in global markets, including EMEA, APAC, and/or LATAM
- Strong commercial acumen with experience negotiating large-scale, cross-border agreements
- Creating a culture of accountability, collaboration, and continuous development
- Willingness to travel internationally up to 30-40% of the time
- BA / BS degree in related field (i.e. business administration, supply chain, finance, etc.)
