Description:

We are seeking licensed engineers to manage multiple formwork design projects. This is a work environment that values collaboration, leadership, and innovation. This role focuses on design oversight while ensuring safety, efficiency, and constructability. We are seeking candidates that are looking to grow with a company and provide input to improve processes as well as design. This role pays up to 103k annually.

Responsibilities:
Produce engineering solutions and designs, progressing from conceptual development to fully functional working status.
Generate detailed calculation reports tailored to project-specific solutions, ensuring accuracy and compliance with engineering standards.
Support a small sales staff by addressing technical inquiries, assisting with project work, and providing field support as needed.
Manage a small team of 2-4 engineers, serving as the Engineer of Record for designs produced by the team, overseeing quality and accountability.
Report directly to the US Engineering Director, providing regular updates on project progress, team performance, and technical challenges.

Required Skills & Experience
- Bachelors degree in Civil or Mechanical Engineering
- EIT certification
- Project management experience
- Previous design experience
- Revit experience

Nice to Have Skills & Experience
- PE license
