Role Description

The Digital Marketing Manager is responsible for developing and executing a comprehensive digital marketing strategy that increases awareness, engagement, and demand across all Magnus Medical audiences. This role oversees key digital marketing functions-including website management, SEO/SEM, marketing automation, social media, and email marketing-to drive brand visibility and achieve business objectives. As the in-house digital marketing expert, the Digital Marketing Manager collaborates cross-functionally to align digital initiatives with market dynamics, business priorities, and emerging industry trends.

Essential Job Duties and Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute data-driven digital marketing strategies to enhance brand awareness and engagement for Magnus Medical and SAINT across multiple channels, including website, social media, email, and paid media.
  • Create and manage integrated digital marketing campaigns, leveraging inbound marketing, content strategy, email automation, SEO, SEM, and PPC to drive demand and achieve business goals.
  • Oversee corporate and local market digital efforts, ensuring websites, social media, and online content align with brand positioning and audience needs.
  • Lead social media strategy and execution, managing omnichannel content, engagement, and user-generated interactions to build brand credibility and community.
  • Develop and maintain content calendars for digital channels, overseeing the production of creative assets for use across web, social, email, and paid media.
  • Establish and track key performance indicators (KPIs) for all digital marketing initiatives, analyzing data to optimize campaign performance and inform strategic decisions.
  • Manage digital marketing budgets, ensuring campaigns are executed efficiently and expenditures align with forecasts.
  • Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements, including corporate governance, FDA regulations, and internal policies, securing necessary approvals for digital content.
  • Stay ahead of industry trends and emerging digital technologies, identifying opportunities to enhance Magnus Medical's digital presence and marketing effectiveness.


Skills and Qualifications
  • Minimum of 5 years of digital marketing experience that includes website ownership, social media, SEM, dynamic/video content, email marketing, and editorial planning.
  • Demonstrated experience managing direct-to-consumer digital strategies in the healthcare space.
  • Strong verbal and written communications with ability to effectively communicate at multiple levels in the organization.
  • Ability to work within a team and as an individual contributor in a fast-paced environment; ability to multitask, manage, and prioritize multiple projects, and meet deadlines in a timely manner.
  • Strong organizational and follow-up skills, as well as attention to detail.
  • A portfolio of work should be available upon request.


Salary Range: $120,000-$150,000

The annual base salary range for this position based in the United States is listed above. This salary range is an estimate, and the actual salary may vary based on Magnus' compensation practices, job related skills, depth of experience, relevant certifications and training, in addition to geographic location. Based on the factors above, Magnus utilizes the full width of the range.
