Physical Demands
Requires full range of body motion including handling and lifting patients, manual and finder dexterity and eye-hand coordination; requires standing and walking for extensive periods of time; occasionally lifts and carries items weighing up to 50 pounds; requires corrected vision and hearing to normal range; requires working under stressful conditions in emergency situations or working irregular hours; requires exposure to communicable diseases or body fluids.
The compensation for this vacancy is of $115k Annual

Job Description
Overview of the Role:
Provides primary health care and performs selective medical services under the direction of clinic physicians.
Essential Job Duties:
- Greet patients and gather medical information
- Give physical exams to make correct diagnoses
- Work with Physicians and Nurses to prescribe and administer medications
- Monitor patient progress and make adjustments to treatment
- Instruct patients and their families about best practices at home
- Document and update patient records
- Refer patients to specialists or order laboratory tests as needed
- OR experience Prefered
- Knowledge of the professional medical practice and care to give and evaluate patient care
- Knowledge of organizations policies, regulations and procedures to administer patient care
- Knowledge of medical equipment and instruments to administer patient care
- Knowledge of common safety hazards and precautions to establish a safe work environment
- Skilled in applying and modifying the principles, methods and techniques of medicine to provide on-going patient care
- Skilled in taking medical history, assessing medical conditions and interpreting finds
- Skilled in preparing and maintaining records, writing reports, and responding to correspondence
- Skilled in developing and maintaining department quality assurance
- Skilled in establishing and maintaining effective working relationships with patients, medical staff, and the public
- Ability to maintain quality control standards
Ability to react calmly and effectively in emergency situation - Ability to interpret, adapt and apply guidelines and procedures
- Ability to communicate clearly
Qualifications

- Graduate from accredited Physician's Assistant program
Certification from the National Commission on Certification of Physician's Assistants
