Program Manager

Valiant Integrated Services has an exciting opportunity for a Red Cyber Program Manager supporting the Defense Threat Reduction Agency's (DTRA) Advance Red Cyber program in executing Red Team Assessments. Red Teams perform assessments from an adversarial viewpoint and use the full spectrum of identified adversarial capabilities, limited only by restrictions mandated by the customer and legal, safety, and security constraints, to test and evaluate protection strategies and demonstrate exploitation of identified vulnerabilities. The Red Cyber Program Manager will have the opportunity to provide management, tasking, guidance, and mentorship to contractors assigned to the advance red cyber.

RESPONSIBILITIES AND DUTIES:

• Provide management, tasking, guidance, and mentorship to contractors assigned to the advance red cyber program
  and assist the assessment teams in executing all requirements, provide logistical coordination and ensure
  assessments teams are properly resourced.
• Provide cyber red team technical insights and recommendations to advance red cyber leadership
• Oversee all contract and monthly CDRL requirements and timely delivery to the customer
• Collaborate with DoD Red Team leadership, managers, analysts, assessment coordinators, and authoritative subject matter expert to support the advance red cyber team, DoD Red Team, and integration of various DoD Red Team capabilities
• Provide recommendations on appropriate hardware and software required to optimize advance red cyber operations. Procure software and hardware as directed. Notably, some software must be procured in a non-attributional manner.
• Apply networking expertise to design, establish, and support the approval of advance red cyber infrastructure
• Interface with technical staff within DTRA Information Technology commercial vendors
• Manage all Government furnished equipment for execution of task order.
• Other duties as assigned.

• Bachelor of Science in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Technology, or Cyber security.
• 10+ years of experience.
• Direct project or program management experience in delivery of Cyber Security Engineering and/or Operations functions.
• Demonstrated capabilities in providing vision and driving a Program organization towards a target level.
• ISC2 CISSP certification.
• Program Management Professional (PMP)

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience performing Red Team Cyber exercises.
• Hold an IAT Level III certification as defined and described in DoDD 8570.01, 8570.01-M, 8140.01-03 and as amended
• Red Team Apprentice Course (RTAC)
• Red Team Journeyman Course RTJC)
• Certified Red Team Operator (CRTO) certification
• Offensive Solar winds Certified Professional (OSCP)
• Global Information Assurance Certification (GIAC) Exploit Researcher & Advanced Penetration Tester (GXPN)
• GIAC Penetration Tester (GPEN)
• GIAC Web Application Penetration Tester (GWAP).

Physical Requirements: Physical requirements may include, but are not limited to, lifting, ascending, and descending stairs, climbing, extended sitting or standing, to various degrees. This job will primarily be in an Office Setting.
