Vertiv is seeking a Sr. Director, KVM/Serial Product Line to lead our suite of products focused on TAA compliance, eRate eligibility, OEM products, and ETO/CTO customization across the IT Systems portfolio of products. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of managing complex product portfolios, driving product strategy, and ensuring compliance with regulatory standards. This role requires a strategic thinker with strong leadership skills and the ability to collaborate cross-functionally to deliver exceptional products that meet market demands.

Responsibilities:
- Product Strategy and Roadmap:
- Develop and execute a comprehensive product strategy and roadmap for TAA compliant products, eRate products, OEM offerings, and ETO/CTO products.
- Conduct market research and competitive analysis to identify trends, customer needs, and opportunities for innovation.
- Prioritize product features and enhancements based on business goals, customer feedback, and market demands.
- Regulatory Compliance:
- Ensure all products comply with relevant regulations, including TAA compliance and eRate program requirements.
- Stay updated on regulatory changes and adjust product strategies accordingly.
- Product Development and Lifecycle Management:
- Lead cross-functional teams in the development and launch of new products and enhancements.
- Manage the entire product lifecycle from concept to end-of-life, ensuring timely delivery and quality standards.
- Collaborate with engineering, design, and manufacturing teams to ensure product feasibility and alignment with customer needs.
- Customer Focus:
- Serve as the voice of the customer, gathering and analyzing feedback to inform product decisions.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with key customers and stakeholders.
- Provide product training and support to sales and marketing teams.
- Financial Management:
- Define product pricing strategies and ensure alignment with business objectives.
- Monitor product performance, profitability, and ROI, and take corrective actions as needed.
- Innovation and Continuous Improvement:
- Foster a culture of innovation, encouraging the team to explore new ideas and technologies.
- Implement continuous improvement processes to enhance product quality and efficiency.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in business, Engineering, or a related field; MBA or advanced degree preferred
- 20+ years of experience in product management, with a focus on TAA compliance, eRate, OEM, and ETO/CTO products
- Strong understanding of regulatory requirements and compliance standards.
- Proven track record of successfully managing complex product portfolios.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Experience with product lifecycle management tools and methodologies.
