We're looking for a dynamic Senior Mortgage Origination Systems Administrator to join our team and take charge of our Encompass system. This position plays a crucial role in enhancing our mortgage origination system. What You'll Do:

Change Management:

Oversee and document all system configuration changes in line with our Change Management Policy.

Track work, accomplishments, backlog items, and system changes meticulously.

Collaboration and Communication:

Work closely with mortgage leaders to keep end users informed of enhancements or changes.

Partner with internal business units to understand our business, procedures, and operations.

Testing and Compliance:

Conduct user acceptance testing and produce user documentation to support new initiatives.

Ensure regulatory compliance requirements are met and implemented.

Automation and Workflow Management:

Develop automated workflows, input forms, custom fields, documents, and business rules.

Continuously seek ways to improve or automate existing processes.

System Integration and Analysis:

Administer Encompass and understand other critical systems that integrate with it.

Analyze vendor documentation to assess testing, deployment, and reconfiguration needs.

Define and solve application or procedural problems by consulting with end users.

Recommend and deploy new Encompass functions, capabilities, and integrations.

Access and Permissions Management:

Manage user permissions and capabilities based on roles in mortgage systems.

Resource Coordination:

Coordinate internal and external resources for system enhancements and maintenance.

Documentation and Policy Development:

Assist in developing, writing, and updating procedures and policies on mortgage-related systems.

Product Development and Roadmap:

Contribute to the internal product roadmap, focusing on process improvements and system enhancements.

Troubleshooting and Support:

Investigate and troubleshoot issues related to the LOS or any related processes.

Support end-users with advanced analysis and serve as an escalation point for critical issues.

What You'll Bring:

Required Experience & Skills:

7+ years of experience in the mortgage industry with a deep understanding of the loan life cycle.

1+ year of Encompass360 administration.

Strong knowledge of mortgage lending processes, including loan origination, processing, underwriting and closing

Experience in gathering business user requirements, analysis, implementation, and testing.

Ability to understand and use vendor customization tools.

Proven ability to work collaboratively and solve complex technical issues.

Ability to multitask and operate independently in a fast-paced environment.

Familiarity with corporate security policies and managing user access/profiles.

Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.

Strong customer service orientation.

Preferred Skills:

Encompass Administrator Certification.

Knowledge of mortgage secondary marketing practices.
