UTILIZATION REVIEW MANAGER JOB SUMMARY:
Here at BridgePoint, the Utilization Review Manager is responsible for the centralized admissions department and ensures processes support appropriate access to healthcare services for Bridgepoint Healthcare District of Columbia locations. The Utilization Review Manager will be accountable for developing, implementing and monitoring day-to-day operations that ensure (1) timely review of referrals for care (2) accurate capture and verification of insurance coverage/benefits and (3) clinical review to ensure admissions meet criteria for LTAC or SNF services. The Utilization Review Manager will inform the strategic direction of the department and provide ongoing feedback on process improvement to ensure the highest quality of services for patients, providers, and payers.

Qualifications
Education:BSN / Respiratory Therapist / PT / OT / SLP / LPN required.
Licenses/Certification: Current Nursing, Respiratory Therapy, PT/OT/SLP license.
Experience: Minimum of three (3) years case management experience to include leadership and management. Minimum of five (5) years acute care clinical experience.
