Overview
The Project Manager III- This is a full time Hybrid position located in Austin, TX. The Enterprise Application is responsible for leading and overseeing the implementation and management of administrative applications within an Agile framework. The role focuses on ensuring that business and technical objectives are achieved through effective project organization and methodology. By upholding PMI standards within Agile environments, the Project Manager will work closely with various stakeholders, translating complex business processes and technical designs into actionable plans. Pay Range
USD $123,739.20 - USD $176,779.20 /Yr.

Responsibilities
- Oversee the design and development of enterprise applications, aligning with business needs and technical specifications.
- Manage projects using feature-driven Agile methodology to ensure development progress is on track with project timelines.
- Develop comprehensive project plans, outlining the scope, resources, and schedules, and adjust as necessary to accommodate changes.
- Document and manage risks, issues, and contingency plans, proactively addressing potential project barriers and ensuring issue resolution.
- Provide regular written and verbal status updates, facilitating effective communication through weekly status meetings.
- Oversee the creation and maintenance of SDLC artifacts, ensuring a smooth transition from business requirements to technical implementation.
- Develop and foster strong relationships with project sponsors and stakeholders, ensuring their needs and concerns are addressed.
- Utilize effective communication and presentation skills to articulate project goals, updates, and outcomes to a diverse audience.
- Demonstrate strong teamwork skills, encouraging collaboration and positive team dynamics to achieve project objectives.
- Transfer working knowledge to current staff, promoting a culture of learning and knowledge sharing within the team.
- Other duties as assigned.
Qualifications
- 8 years Project Management Experience for large-scale Enterprise Implementations
- 8 years State of Texas or Similar Federal/State Project Management Experience
- 8 years Project Management /Systems Analyst Experience leading and managing legacy modernization projects
- Must be able to pass a background check. May require additional background checks as required by projects and/or clients at any time during employment.
- Must possess problem-solving skills.
- Exceptional communication skills, both oral and written
- Ability to respond effectively to customers with a sense of urgency.
- Proficient in Microsoft and Adobe toolsets, including Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Acrobat, etc.
- Highly motivated with the ability to handle and manage multiple tasks at any one time.
- Ability to forge new relationships, individual and teaming in nature.
- Must be a Self-starter, that can work independently and as part of a team.
Desired Qualifications:
- 5 years PMP Certification
- 5 years State of Texas Project Delivery Framework Experience
- 3 years Agile (Scrum) Experience
- 2 years Salesforce Experience
- 2 years State Procurement and Contracting Experience
- 1 years Jira Experience
