Selling- engage in in-home selling 80-90% of the time, leveraging your sales skills to drive results and exceed targets.
Training/Coaching- dedicate 10-20% of your time to training, leading, coaching your team with the tools and knowledge for success.
Fearlessness- you embrace change and proactively seek innovative ways to enhance sales processes, diverse team dynamics, and overall performance.
