Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and lead engagement and retention initiatives across regions
- Analyze data to understand trends and improve employee experience
- Manage a team of Employee Engagement Specialists
- Lead onboarding for senior-level staff
- Coach managers on engagement best practices
- Track and report retention metrics to leadership
Job Qualifications:
- Bachelor's in HR or related field
- 2-5 years of experience in Healthcare, experience in the SNF/LTC setting preferred.
- 2-3 years HR experience focused on engagement/retention
- Strong leadership, communication, and data analysis skills
- Experience managing remote or regional teams
- Proficient in Microsoft Office
- Strong presentation skills
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
