Responsibilities:
Provide Information Systems management in the Americas while building a highly effective and engaged team.
Provide expertise related to daily usage, business process support, and maintenance of all IT service-related systems such as ITIL tools and external helpdesk functions.
Facilitate business planning, organization, and overall alignment within the America's IS strategic plans.
Develop and maintain budgets for regional IS projects and sustaining work.
Deliver complex information systems projects in partnership with non-technical business project leaders.

Pay Range:
Responsibilities:
Provide Information Systems management in the Americas while building a highly effective and engaged team.
- Oversee the execution of both Service Support and Delivery (ITIL) in the area of responsibility
- Manage Americas application portfolios
Provide expertise related to daily usage, business process support, and maintenance of all IT service-related systems such as ITIL tools and external helpdesk functions.
- Main escalation point for all BPI and application technology
- Provide leadership in managing the Service Level's in the area of responsibility. Meet or exceed the Service Level Agreements (SLAs) and define SLAs where not in place.
- Continuously improve the internal IS processes to eliminate waste and to improve customer satisfaction
- Define, manage, and enforce application technology standards
- Execute and oversee all IS procedures in the area of responsibility
- Responsible for all ISO and SOX audits in the area of responsibility
Facilitate business planning, organization, and overall alignment within the America's IS strategic plans.
- Develop and maintain a 5-year strategy with year-by-year road maps in the area of responsibility
- Develop and execute yearly business plans on time and within budget in the area of responsibility
Develop and maintain budgets for regional IS projects and sustaining work.
- Manage BPI and application technology contracts and professional services engagements
Deliver complex information systems projects in partnership with non-technical business project leaders.
- Provide outstanding leadership for projects from initiation through successful completion

Required Education and Experience:
- Bachelor's degree in management information systems or related field with minimum of 10 to 15 years of related technical and 4 years management experience.
- In lieu of education we will accept a minimum of 14 years related work experience.
- Strong understanding of IS controls related to Sarbanes-Oxley legislation and the execution of the controls across multiple sites.
- Experience with the IT Infrastructure Library (ITIL)
- Experience managing multiple budgets
- Experience managing an enterprise Business Process Improvement (BPI) and Application Technology across multiple sites: > 2000 End-users, > 250 Applications, >100 projects per year.
- Core BPI or application technical experience in at least one of the following areas: Business Analysis or Application Technology.
- Experience negotiating, managing, and executing 3rd-party technical contracts in multiple regions of the Americas.
- PMI PMP, Six Sigma, and ITIL certification
Preferred Education and Experience
- Multi-lingual (English, French, German, Italian, Portuguese, or Mandarin) a plus
- Strong exposure to SOX and related financial controls.
Physical Requirements:
- Ability to work in an office environment with occasional visits to warehousing, manufacturing, assembly, and test areas.
- Ability to lift 50 lbs.
- Must be able to travel up to 40%

- Minimum: $103,996.03
- Midpoint: $135,194.84
- Maximum: $166,393.65
