Job Description:
Overview: We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced APAC Outsourced Trade Support professional to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have 3-6 years of relevant experience and will be responsible for providing comprehensive support to our trading operations during APAC overnight hours. This role is crucial for ensuring smooth and efficient trade execution and post-trade processes and will provide a pathway to become a Trader long term.
Key Responsibilities:
Trade Monitoring: Oversee and monitor trade execution, ensuring accuracy and timely processing of trades.
Issue Resolution: Identify and resolve trade discrepancies and issues promptly, liaising with traders, counterparties, and other relevant teams.
Reporting: Generate and distribute daily trade reports, highlighting key metrics and any anomalies.
Compliance: Ensure all trades comply with regulatory requirements and internal policies.
System Management: Maintain and troubleshoot trading systems, ensuring optimal performance during overnight hours.
Communication: Act as the primary point of contact for APAC trading desks, providing real-time support and updates.
Documentation: Maintain accurate and up-to-date documentation of trade processes and procedures.
Continuous Improvement: Identify opportunities for process improvements and implement solutions to enhance efficiency and accuracy.
Qualifications:
Experience: 3-6 years of experience in trade support, preferably within the APAC region.
Education: Bachelor's degree in Finance, Economics, Business, or a related field.
Skills:
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Proficiency in trading systems and software.
Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
Primary Location Full Time Salary Range of $150,000 - $175,000.
