  • As a strategic partner in business transformation initiatives, you will design people impact assessments and strategies that ensure leadership buy-in and smooth activation with local People Partners. You may represent the business context in conversations with unions or workers councils to maintain local compliance. Also, you will ensure proper handoffs to local People Partners when legal advice is needed, such as for PIPs and reorganizations. Managing high complexity across diverse businesses, functions, or countries, you execute strategic initiatives with the independent judgment required for effective stakeholder management.

You're the right fit if:
  • You have acquired 5+ years of experience in People Partnering or similar roles, preferably in a regional or global environment.
  • Your skills include coaching and developing People Leaders, fostering high performance and leadership excellence, leading organizational change and business transformation, handling complex situations with clear solutions. Also, you will manage leaders across geographies, ensuring effective workforce strategy implementation, address legal requirements and support leaders in understanding our operating model, while serving as an advocate and role model.
  • You have a Bachelor's / master's degree in human resources, Business Administration, People Management, Change Management, HR Processes or equivalent.
  • You must be able to successfully perform the following minimum Physical, Cognitive and Environmental job requirements with or without accommodation for this position.
  • You're a strong communicator with strategic influencing skills, possessing the ability to challenge and guide People Leaders. You also have experience managing complex stakeholder relationships across multiple geographies, cultures and businesses.
