DP World is undertaking a bold transformation of its go-to-market approach across the Americas-and we're looking for a hands-on, forward-thinking Director of Marketing to help lead the charge.
This is a strategic and execution-focused role that will develop and deploy data-driven, omni-channel marketing programs to drive demand and lead generation programs, enhance brand visibility, and support commercial success across the Americas.
The ideal candidate is a digital-savvy, AI-fluent marketer with strong B2B experience, deep understanding of CRM and marketing technologies. We're looking for an individual with a collaborative style and focused on results. You'll be a key player in cross-functional integration efforts, support regional sales and communications teams, and help shape the future of DP World's presence in this critical growth region.

KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES
- Lead the development of digital-first, omni-channel marketing plans aligned to regional priorities, with an initial focus on North America and phased expansion across Latin America and the Caribbean
- Plan, launch, and optimize integrated advertising campaigns across paid, owned, earned, and social channels-leveraging AI tools to accelerate planning, personalization, and performance tracking
- Partner closely with Commercial, Sales, and Regional Leadership teams to align marketing efforts with pipeline generation goals and business growth strategies
- Use platforms like Microsoft Dynamics or Salesforce to monitor, analyze, and improve the customer journey; develop reporting dashboards to measure ROI and campaign attribution
- Manage internal team members and agency partners to ensure high-quality execution of content, creative, media buying, and performance analytics
- Collaborate with internal and external communications teams to ensure consistent messaging and branding, especially during M&A integration efforts
- Conduct ongoing analysis of market trends, customer needs, and competitive positioning to inform campaign development and strategic planning
- Oversee development of region-specific content to support email, social media, website and event programs-ensuring alignment with global c
- Define and track KPIs for marketing activities; deliver monthly insights and quarterly business reviews to regional leadership with recommendations for optimization
QUALIFICATIONS, EXPERIENCE AND SKILLS
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field (MBA or equivalent experience a plus)
- 10+ years of progressive B2B marketing experience, with at least 3 years in a leadership role
- Proven success designing and executing multi-channel digital marketing campaigns
- Fluency with CRM and marketing automation platforms (Microsoft Dynamics, Salesforce, HubSpot, etc.)
- Working knowledge of paid media (Google, LinkedIn, Meta), SEO, email marketing, and content strategy
- Experience applying AI tools for campaign development, segmentation, reporting, and personalization
- Strong data literacy-ability to interpret marketing performance and translate insights into action
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, with a knack for cross-functional collaboration
- Background in logistics, transportation, supply chain, or similar industries preferred
- Bilingual or multilingual (Spanish and/or Portuguese) is a plus, but not required
