- Develop and maintain strong relationships with [CUSTOMER] to ensure retention and satisfaction.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for [CUSTOMER].
- Understand client needs and provide tailored logistics and freight management solutions.
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities.
- Develop and implement strategic account plans to achieve sales targets, profitability and business growth.
- Collaborate with internal teams to create customized proposals and presentations.
- Gain in-depth knowledge of [CUSTOMER]'s supply chain, challenges, and objectives.
- Design proactive offers and value-driven solutions.
- Ensure the highest level of customer satisfaction by addressing client concerns and resolving issues promptly.
- Conduct regular reviews with [CUSTOMER] to assess service performance and identify areas for improvement.
- Monitor and analyze [CUSTOMER] feedback to enhance service delivery.
- Lead contract discussion and negotiations, ensuring mutually beneficial agreements that align with company goals.
- Work collaboratively with subject experts between [CUSTOMER] and internal teams.
- Collaborate with internal teams to create customized proposals and presentations.
- Stay updated on industry trends, market conditions, and competitor activities.
- Provide insights and recommendations to senior management based on market analysis.
- Participate in industry events, conferences, and trade shows to network and promote the company.
- Prepare and present regular reports on account performance (metrics, KPI...), sales activities, and market trends.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of client interactions and transactions in the company's CRM.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.
WHAT ARE WE LOOKING FOR?
Education and Experience:
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in key account management, logistics or freight forwarding, preferably in the aerospace industry.
- Strong understanding of logistics and freight management solutions.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving business growth.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software.
- Ability to travel is required to meet with [CUSTOMER] and attend industry events.
