OVERVIEW & RESPONSIBILITIES:
The Senior Manager of Global Risk and Intelligence is responsible for worldwide threat assessment and intelligence gathering to identify and analyze security risks to Paramount Global's operations, facilities, productions, events, and corporate travelers. The Global Risk & Intelligence Senior Manager works collaboratively with internal partners throughout Paramount Global such as Paramount Pictures, CBS TV, CBS News, Nickelodeon, MTV, Showtime and BET in monitoring and providing security and threat assessments to support Paramount Global operations worldwide.

Responsibilities include but not limited to:
- Directs and monitors all information gathering procedures for the collection and analysis of all information, threats, geopolitical events, and trends that may pose a threat to Paramount Global's operations, personnel, events, productions and interests worldwide.

- Prepares security and risk assessments for Paramount Global productions, events, operations and personnel to evaluate the likelihood and potential impact of identified threats across different Paramount Global business units and geographic locations.

- Develops and manages a robust network of intelligence sources, including open-source data, industry reports, U.S. government agencies, and private sector partners.

- Develops and implements travel risk management policies to protect Paramount Global personnel and operations worldwide.

- Assists in the development and implementation of emergency response plans for the Paramount Studio lot.

BASIC QUALIFICATIONS:
- 7 years' experience conducting intelligence, risk and threat analysis.

- Highly technical with demonstrated experience collecting and analyzing Open-Source Intelligence (OSINT) information through internet searches and using vendor based intelligence platforms.

- 5 years' experience writing risk and security assessments, SitReps, intelligence and threat reports.

- Proficient in MS Office -- Word, Excel (formulas), Outlook, PowerPoint and other related applications.

- Work long hours and be on call in support of 24/7 operations.

- Travel (domestic and international) as needed.

- Valid passport.

ADDITIONAL QUALIFICATIONS:
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent; Master's Degree highly desirable.

- Experience working with Productions (TV and Features), News, Sports and large events.

- Knowledge of Dataminr, IHS Markit, and Sibylline programs.

- Excellent oral and written skills, and an ability to effectively communicate ideas in a clear, concise, and professional manner.

- Comfortable working under pressure and tight deadlines.

- Capable of working independently without extensive direction or oversight.

- Creative, strategic problem solver dedicated to quality service.

- High-level organizational and planning skills so that workflow is managed efficiently and accurately.

- Able to set priorities, take initiative and exercise sound independent judgment.

ADDITIONAL INFORMATION

Hiring Salary Range: $95,000.00 - 118,000.00. The hiring salary range for this position applies to New York, California, Colorado, Washington state, and most other geographies. Starting pay for the successful applicant depends on a variety of job-related factors, including but not limited to geographic location, market demands, experience, training, and education. The benefits available for this position include medical, dental, vision, 401(k) plan, life insurance coverage, disability benefits, tuition assistance program and PTO or, if applicable, as otherwise dictated by the appropriate Collective Bargaining Agreement. This position is bonus eligible.
