The B2B Growth team develops strategies for B2B commercial acquisition, retention and go-to-market initiatives to support sales enablement. The Marketing Operations Specialist, Consultant - Commercial will report to the Senior Manager, B2B Growth. In this role you will manage intake support of marketing initiatives including project management across the B2B Growth team.

The Marketing Operations Specialist, Consultant - Commercial will report to the Senior Manager, B2B Growth. In this role you will manage intake support of marketing initiatives including project management across the B2B Growth team.
Responsibilities
Your Work
In this role, you will:
- Collaborate with marketing, sales, digital, product and other internal parties to support marketing initiatives that drive growth in accordance with annual business planning
- Intake and develop project plans for campaigns and other deliverables including preparing creative briefs, estimating costs, time schedules, resource allocation, production schedules
- Drive successful implementation including reviews and approvals of marketing materials; tracking budgets and project deliverables / milestones; coordinating vendor and internal unit activities and preparing reports and communications on project status to management
- Collaborate with internal partners to help analyze results from marketing campaigns, and programs in developing value propositions and messages; share findings with management, and team members; and recommend actions based on findings
- Primary contact and liaison with key internal partners for integration and alignment with member marketing, operations and communications
- Supports commercial 1st sale strategy development by working with the Insights team on B2B research to understand industry trends and share learnings with the team
- Primary point of contact for managing Workfront, Smartsheet and JIRA processes from end-to-end
- Develops project status reports to update leaders and sales on progress
- Engages cross functionally with key stakeholders for input and alignment on projects
- Works closely with Sr. Manager to help get a better understanding of the B2B projects to inform on annual planning for 1st sale strategy
Qualifications
Your Knowledge and Experience
- Requires a bachelor's degree or equivalent experience and/or equivalent combination of education and experience
- Requires at least 7 years of prior relevant experience, including marketing
- Requires experience in project management leveraging tools like Workfront, Smartsheet, and JIRA
- Requires strong business acumen with critical thinking, problem-solving and decision-making expertise in collaboration with creative teams, project partners and internal customers
- Knowledge of health plans and insurance products and services desired
- Knowledge of marketing principles and practices including product launch and promotion desired
- Experience in B2B marketing, sales enablement and go-to-market launches highly desired
- Embraces change, exemplifies agile principles, embodies a continuous improvement mindset, anticipating business needs while being flexible with shifting priorities
- Excellent interpersonal, negotiation, written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to independently develop and implement project plans
