Our organization is seeking a VP Digital Marketing to redefine how marketing impacts the banking industry. We're looking for a trailblazer who is bold, data-driven, and customer-obsessed, with a proven track record of building brands, driving lead generation, and delivering measurable results.

What You'll Do:

As VP of Digital Marketing, you will work closely with our Chief Marketing & Retail Officer (CMRO) to develop and execute innovative strategies that align with business goals. Your mission: to create marketing initiatives that build awareness, fuel growth, and establish industry leadership.

Strategic Leadership:
  • Partner with the CMRO to craft and implement a cohesive marketing strategy.
  • Mentor and inspire a team, creating a goal-oriented, results-driven environment.
  • Stay ahead of trends and lead cross-functional teams to deliver impactful campaigns.
  • Drive Product Management, Development and Cross-Selling/Upselling

Creative Vision:
  • Develop bold, attention-grabbing creative campaigns that build brand awareness and resonates with diverse and targeted audiences.
  • Effectively and efficiently lead a complex Creative Queue/Factory for both internal and retail outlets.
  • Champion innovation and foster a culture of experimentation and collaboration.

Lead Generation:
  • Design programs to attract and convert customers through digital and traditional channels.
  • Optimize marketing funnels to maximize ROI and conversion rates.
  • Partner with sales and product teams to ensure alignment on lead quality and follow-up strategies.

Data-Driven Decisions:
  • Establish key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure marketing effectiveness.
  • Leverage analytics to measure campaign effectiveness and refine strategies.
  • Share insights to demonstrate marketing's impact on revenue and growth.

Media Excellence:
  • Manage multi-channel campaigns to ensure messaging reaches the right audience at the right time.
  • Explore emerging platforms to maintain a competitive edge.

What You Bring:
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field (MBA preferred).
  • 10+ years of progressive leadership experience in marketing with a strong emphasis on strategic planning, branding, digital experiences/storytelling, lead generation, and media management.
  • Experience in regulated categories like Financial Services, Healthcare and/or other "Click & Mortar" Services, such as Online Marketing for Retail is preferred.
  • Online experience in Brand launches, relaunches, Lead Gen, or Retail Openings a plus.
  • Demonstrated success in driving measurable growth through data-driven marketing strategies.
  • Exceptional communication and leadership skills, with experience managing and mentoring diverse teams.
  • Proven ability to collaborate across departments, including sales, product, and operations.
  • Proficiency in marketing technologies, analytics platforms, and CRM tools a plus.
  • Collaboration with Tech partners in coding, cybersecurity, etc. to bring online marketing to life in an effective and safe way.

Monetary Growth:
  • Final offers based on qualifications, experience, and internal equity. The range for the VP Digital Marketing role is $184,000.00 - $244,000.00 annually.
  • 401(k) with a 3% employer contribution AND a dollar-for-dollar matching of up to 5%.
  • Annual discretionary bonuses.
  • Annual performance merit increases.
  • Educational grants up to $2,000 annually.
