Job Overview:
We are seeking a dynamic results-driven Product Marketing Manager-MAS to lead marketing efforts for our MAS solutions. In this role, you will be responsible for driving product positioning, go-to-market strategies, and messaging to ensure our MAS offering is competitive and drives revenue with financial intermediaries, institutional investors, and other client segments. You will work closely with product strategy, client portfolio management (CPM), channel marketing, design, digital, and other stakeholders to effectively communicate the value proposition of our MAS solutions and enhance product adoption in a competitive market.

Salary Range
The expected base salary for this Chicago, Illinois, United States-based position is $110000-$230000. In addition, you may be eligible for a discretionary bonus if you are an active employee as of fiscal year-end.

Key Responsibilities
- Product positioning & messaging: Develop clear, compelling product positioning and messaging for MAS products, tailored to various client segments, including financial intermediaries and institutional investors
- Go-to-market strategy: Partner with product strategy and CPM groups to design and execute comprehensive go-to-market strategies for MAS products, ensuring successful product launches, client engagement, and adoption.
- Market research and insights: Conduct market research and gather feedback from clients, sales teams, and industry research to continually improve and optimize product marketing efforts.
- Content creation: Develop impactful marketing materials (e.g., presentations, case studies, webinars, social posts) to communicate the value and benefits of MAS solutions to target audiences. Establish the company as a thought leader in the MAS market.
- Sales enablement: Work closely with the product strategy and sales teams to provide training, product collateral, and other resources that help them effectively sell MAS products. Act as the point of contact for sales and marketing teams to answer broad product-related messaging, positioning, and collateral questions.
- Competitive analysis: Monitor and analyze competitor offerings in the MAS space, identifying opportunities for differentiation and helping shape the product roadmap with the Product Strategy group to maintain competitive advantage.
- Campaign management: Partner with channel managers to implement product marketing campaigns, including digital, events, advertising, social, etc. to promote MAS products. Measure, optimizes, and report on campaign effectiveness and ROI.
- Performance metrics: Track and report on the success of marketing initiatives, utilizing key performance indicators (KPIs) such as product adoption rates, lead generation, client feedback, and marketing penetration.
- Partnership and collaboration: Be an excellent partner across internal teams (e.g., product strategy, marketing, CPMs, legal) to engage and drive speed to marketing and commercial impact.
