We are seeking highly skilled Principal Electrical Engineers to provide design and analysis of electrical circuitry used to drive three-phase DC electric motors.

ABOUT THE JOB:
We are seeking highly skilled Principal Electrical Engineers to provide design and analysis of electrical circuitry used to drive three-phase DC electric motors.
REQUIRED SKILLS:
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering.
- 6 - 8+ years of experience in design and analysis of electrical circuitry for three-phase DC electric motors.
- Experience with design, test, install, and maintaining large-scale electronic equipment or machinery.
- Experience with electrical circuit simulation and design.
- Experience conducting worst-case performance electrical analysis considering temperature effects, end-of-life performance, radiation effects, and other factors.
- Experience with review and development of performance specifications to meet project requirements.
- Experience using computer-assisted engineering and design software to perform assignments.
- Demonstrated expertise in a variety of electrical engineering concepts, practices, and procedures.
- Ability to work independently and report to a manager or head of a unit/department.
- Self-motivated and takes the initiative to get things done.
- Effective written and verbal communication skills.
- Accountable and takes ownership of assigned tasks.
- Team-driven mentality.
- Experience working with remote team members.
PREFERRED SKILLS:
- Extensive experience and judgment to plan and accomplish goals.
- Experience providing consultation on complex projects and serve as a top-level contributor/specialist.
- Ability to perform a variety of tasks with a wide degree of creativity and latitude.
- Experience interacting with external vendors.
