Position Overview
Apollo Global Management is seeking a Chief Operating Officer (COO) to lead the operational strategy and execution of our Global Consultant Relations team. This critical role will oversee the development and implementation of operational processes, infrastructure, and reporting to support the growth and success of our consultant relations business globally; across APO & Athene and each of the different sales verticals (Institutional, Wealth, DC, Family Offices & Insurance).

$150,000-$200,000

Qualifications & Experience
- Global and Regional Coordination:
- Ensure seamless coordination and communication across US, Asia, and Europe regions, aligning with global strategies and objectives.
- Create agendas of upcoming meetings and ensure follow up post meetings.
- Spend time with each region to ascertain specific regional needs from COO team.
- Plan and organize global CRT offsites (agenda, location, speakers).
- Oversee hiring and training across regions
- Infrastructure Development:
- Oversee the development and maintenance of infrastructure, including CRT reports (heatmap), technology, data management (database work with DDE), and reporting systems (Tableau management and Salesforce reporting/ DCR team).
- Work closely with Product on CRT quarterly insights materials for our large key consultants. Oversee the rollout and implementation of these materials.
- Develop CRT Events with Events team
- Budgeting and Financial Management:
- Manage the operational budget for the Global Consultant Relations team, ensuring effective resource allocation and cost management.
- Oversee and manage the reporting of new allocations across discretionary and advisory businesses and reporting on key approvals.
- Create reporting to show on or off track for goals across regions.
- Create materials for senior management to show process and pain points.
- Conference Management and Vendor Approvals.
- Manage the conference process: budgeting, funding, assignment, coordinating with other Sales channels.
- Own the new vendor approval process
- Event & Stakeholder Management:
- Build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including senior leadership, consultant relations team members, ICG, Wealth and external partners.
- Management of lists for events and all communications.
- Coordinate senior leadership travel with all other stakeholders
