We are seeking a highly experienced and knowledgeable Senior Director of Revenue Cycle to join our team. The ideal candidate will possess extensive expertise in client liaison and managing the full end-to-end (E2E) revenue cycle. This role is critical in ensuring the efficiency and effectiveness of our revenue cycle processes, contributing to the overall financial health and success of the organization.

As our Senior Director of Customer Partner, you will be responsible for leading and developing strategic partnerships with key customers. Every day, you will develop and execute strategic plans to enhance customer relationships and drive business growth. Here's What You Can Expect:
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure customer needs are met and exceeded.
  • Lead negotiations and manage contracts with key customers.
  • Analyze market trends and customer feedback to identify opportunities for innovation and improvement.
  • Provide leadership and mentorship to the customer partner team.
  • Monitor and report on the performance of customer partnerships, ensuring alignment with business objectives.
  • Foster a culture of excellence and continuous improvement within the team.
  • Stay abreast of industry trends and regulatory changes to ensure compliance and best practices.
  • Drive process improvements using technology and automation.
  • Develop and manage the department budget, ensuring efficient allocation of resources.


Requirements:
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in revenue cycle management, with a significant portion in leadership (director or above).
  • Experience with E2E operations (billing, coding, claims management, denial management, and AR).
  • Proven leadership experience, with the ability to lead large teams and manage department budgets.
  • Strong and broad understanding of Revenue Cycle Operations within a hospital setting.
  • Strategic vision and operational excellence across end-to-end solutions.
  • Experience working with outsourced partners or vendors for back-office functions.

For this US-based position, the base pay range is $125,572.97 - $218,451.48 per year . Individual pay is determined by role, level, location, job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training.

This job is eligible to participate in our annual bonus plan at a target of 25.00%
