Job Description

Responsibilities:
  • Perform configuration and customization of the Salesforce.com platform.
  • Analyze business requirements and define appropriate designs with respect to data modeling.
  • Design and develop high-performance, reusable Lightning components.
  • Develop using Salesforce Data Cloud, AgentForce, Mule, Visualforce, Lightning Web Components, and Apex.
  • Guide the team in writing test classes for developed classes, ensuring more than 90% code coverage.
  • Translate functional requirements into technical requirements.
  • Identify bugs and align with requirements during debugging.
  • Implement testing automation, bug fixing, and deployment to production.
  • Suggest better solutions to problems.
  • Stay abreast of the latest and emerging technologies.
  • Provide previous contact center experience and implementation knowledge on CTI integration.

Required Skills and Experience:
  • 2+ years of core development experience in Salesforce.com.
  • 2+ years of Omni Channel experience in Lightning Components, Lightning Events, and Lightning Page Templates.
  • 2+ years of development experience in Visualforce, Apex, and Process Flows.
  • 2+ years of development experience in Mule.
  • Hands-on experience with Data Cloud and integration.
  • Experience in Salesforce Omni Channel administration (e.g., defining routing, queues, managing users, security controls, and data, as well as creating roles, profiles, and reports).
  • Experience in designing custom objects, custom fields, picklists, page layouts, record layouts, workflows, approval processes, validation rules, custom tabs, reports, Visualforce pages, dashboards, and email generation according to application requirements.
  • Experience integrating external applications to Salesforce.
  • Previous work experience with enterprise application and software development.
  • Experience developing customer-facing interfaces.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to provide required solutions.
  • Knowledge of Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, and Financial Cloud.
  • Experience with SFDC and UX integration is a big plus.
  • Experience integrating with Angular/React applications is a big plus.
  • Experience with OpenCTI integration is a big plus.
  • Experience in Service Cloud implementation.
