Overview
As the US Technology Growth Lead, you will be a key driver of cutting-edge production technology adoption across our US client base. You will be a trusted advisor and technical expert, guiding clients and internal teams on leveraging these technologies to achieve business objectives. This senior-level position requires a deep understanding of AI marketing platforms, exceptional communication and presentation skills, and a proven track record in technology delivery or pre-sales roles. You will be a champion for innovation, identifying opportunities to enhance our offerings and drive client success.

Compensation Range: $166,405 - $180,000 per year. This is the pay range the Company believes it will pay for this position at the time of this posting. Consistent with applicable law, compensation will be determined based on the skills, qualifications, and experience of the applicant along with the requirements of the position, and the Company reserves the right to modify this pay range at any time. Temporary roles may be eligible to participate in our freelancer/temporary employee medical plan through a third-party benefits administration system once certain criteria have been met. Temporary roles may also qualify for participation in our 401(k) plan after eligibility criteria have been met. For regular roles, the Company will offer medical coverage, dental, vision, disability, 401k, and paid time off. As the US Technology Growth Lead, you will be a key driver of cutting-edge production technology adoption across our US client base. You will be a trusted advisor and technical expert, guiding clients and internal teams on leveraging these technologies to achieve business objectives. This senior-level position requires a deep understanding of AI marketing platforms, exceptional communication and presentation skills, and a proven track record in technology delivery or pre-sales roles. You will be a champion for innovation, identifying opportunities to enhance our offerings and drive client success.
Responsibilities
- Client Relationship Management: Serve as the primary technical point of contact for clients, managing expectations, delivering solutions, and ensuring consistent communication. Cultivate strong relationships and become a trusted advisor.
- Pre-Sales Technical Expertise: Provide pre-sales technical support, including architecture design, integration planning, and compelling product demonstrations. Tailor presentations to address specific client needs and pain points.
- Collaboration with Global Stakeholders: Collaborate effectively with other Global Growth Leads, Global Production Leads, Global Client Leads, and other relevant stakeholders to align on priorities, share best practices.
- Develop and deliver compelling content: Create informative and persuasive content, including pitch presentations, RFP responses, RFI submissions, and other marketing materials, that effectively communicate the value proposition of Global Production's technology solutions to clients and internal stakeholders.
- Technical Leadership: Lead technical evaluations, pilots, and proof-of-concept initiatives. Stay ahead of industry trends and emerging technologies.
- Collaboration & Knowledge Sharing: Collaborate with software engineering teams to maintain deep product knowledge. Share best practices and insights across the organization.
- Business Development: Identify new opportunities and contribute to business development and sales strategies. Develop proposals and presentations that showcase our value proposition.
- Product Advocacy: Deliver engaging product demonstrations at client meetings, conferences, and industry events. Represent Publicis Global Production as a thought leader in the technology space.
- Strategic Input: Work closely with Global Production Technology teams, providing input on client needs and product direction. Influence the future of our technology offerings.
- Issue Resolution: Proactively identify and manage technical issues to ensure deal closures and long-term client success. Escalate issues as needed and drive them to resolution.
- Partner Enablement: Engage, train, and support agency partners and clients to expand sales reach and market awareness. Develop training materials and conduct workshops.

Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
- 5+ years of experience in technology delivery, technical support, or pre-sales roles.
- Strong understanding of production technologies, including AI-driven marketing platforms.
- Knowledge of data security, risk analysis, and threat modeling.
- Experience with technology installation and configuration.
- Excellent verbal and written communication and presentation skills.
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
- Self-motivated and able to work independently and collaboratively.
- Ability to travel (potentially internationally).
Preferred Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, AI, or a related field.
- Experience with specific technologies listed above.
