Your tasks at a glance
- You define and drive the BI roadmap in alignment with business goals.
- You establish best practices for data quality, integrity, and security.
- You oversee the development and maintenance of interactive dashboards and reports using Tableau.
- You collaborate with business units to gather requirements and deliver actionable insights.
- You track and report KPIs, trends, and business performance metrics.
- You oversee the design and optimization of data models to support efficient querying and reporting.
- You evaluate and implement BI tools, platforms, and solutions.
- You provide training to end users and promote a data-driven culture.
A clear view of your assets
- You have a minimum of 3 years of experience in a leadership or managerial role.
- You have a minimum of 5 years of experience in BI, data analytics, or a related field.
- You have a Bachelor's degree in statistics, IT, finance, accounting, or related field.
- You have advanced knowledge of Tableau software, or equivalent data visualization tools (e.g. Power BI, Qlik).
- You are proficient in SQL and data modeling concepts.
- You have familiarity with data warehousing and ETL processes,
- You have strong analytical skills and business acumen and can manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.
- You have good knowledge in statistical analysis.
- You have excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to convey complex data insights to non-technical audiences.
- You are fluent in French and can also communicate in English, enabling you to interact with unilingual English-speaking colleagues outside Quebec.
