ABOUT THIS ROLE
Orchestra is seeking a Director of Channel Analytics to be a critical component in the growth and development of our Strategic Insights team, working closely with our channels team. The Director of Channel Analytics would lead our efforts in analyzing cross platform campaigns across owned properties, which may include social media channels, email, paid media, and websites. This role requires a strategic thinker who can translate complex data into actionable insights for our clients and internal teams.

ABOUT THIS ROLE
Orchestra is seeking a Director of Channel Analytics to be a critical component in the growth and development of our Strategic Insights team, working closely with our channels team. This role requires a strategic thinker who can translate complex data into actionable insights for our clients and internal teams.
ACCOUNTABILITIES & QUALIFICATIONS
- Serve as a critical member of a growing strategic insights team, delivering timely and actionable insights to a diverse range of clients
- Developing and implementing comprehensive owned analytics strategies to evaluate performance of owned social media channels, email, etc. across platforms.
- Partner with the channels team and account teams to develop insights and measurement that shows our value to clients
- Evaluate and measure paid media campaigns to maximize ROI
- Lead the production of client-facing reports and analysis for clients & interagency stakeholders to support data-backed findings and strategic recommendations
- Manage and build strong client relationships, serving as a subject matter expert on social media measurement
- Assist in business development and growth by working with an interagency team to inform our proposal strategy and ongoing client analytics deliverables
- Create documentation of internal methodologies, enhancements to processes, and develop best practices across analytics workstreams
- Work closely with the analytics & insights team to execute data strategies (e.g. metric definitions, data capture, visualization, storytelling, etc.)
- Stay up to date on industry trends, tools, and emerging methodologies to enhance the team's capabilities
Essential skills:
- 7+ years of experience in insights, analytics, or social media intelligence, with at least 3 years in a leadership role
- Expertise and deep knowledge in social channel performance (including earned, owned social media, paid media, etc.) across a variety of clientele, preferably in an agency or fast-moving corporate environment
- Strong client relationship management expertise, serving as a through partner and delivering excellent service to a variety of clients
- Tried-and-true ability to distill large volumes of data into clear, concise insights that drive decision-making
- Strong communication skills and a builder mentality, feeding a culture of collaboration and teamwork across organizational boundaries: ability to support asks across the larger Orchestra Holding Company community
- Strong data visualization skills and experience producing executive-ready reporting
- Ability to work on multiple projects simultaneously and adapt quickly to evolving priorities
- Experience with key analytics and monitoring tools, including but not limited to:
- Owned: Google Analytics, Hootsuite
- Earned : Brandwatch, Talkwaker, Netbase, Meltwater, Cision, Muck Rack, Tubular, Statista
- Social: Sprout Social, in-platform insights,
- SEO & Search Intelligence: Google Search Console, SEMrush, Ahrefs
- Paid Data & Digital Performance: Google Ads, Meta Ads Manager
- Dashboarding: Google Looker Studio, Databox, Tableau
- Ability to work independently and clearly communicate with project managers
- Previous experience working with a wide range of clients across industries in a fast-paced agency or consulting environment

Salary range (commensurate with experience and skills): $130,000-$150,000
