Description:

The Director of Patient Safety & Risk Data is responsible for overseeing the collection, analysis, and utilization of data to support risk management strategies and initiatives within the hospital. This role involves managing data-related projects, ensuring data integrity, and providing actionable insights to enhance risk mitigation efforts, improve patient safety, and ensure compliance with regulatory standards. Reports to the VP, Patient Safety and Risk Management.

Education
Bachelors Degree: in Data Science, Statistics, Health Informatics, Risk Management or a related field (Required)
Masters Degree (Preferred)

Experience
1 year in a leadership role within a healthcare setting or experience leading teams (Required)
5 years of experience in data management, risk management or a related field (Required)
General experience with healthcare data systems and risk management processes (Required)
