• ResponsibilitiesResponsible for developing HCM software using Javascript, NodeJS, GO, Kubernetes, AWS cloud services. Drive software through the software development lifecycle. Build and maintain robust test scenarios. Create microservice features for ADP's Human Capital Management software platform, Lifion. Write and test code, write automated test cases, and ensure timely and accurate delivery of software products. Complete sprints identified during scrum meetings and collaborate with product owners to understand their product vision to design and create new features and upgrades to our products. Own end-to-end feature deliverables, spec out solutions, and build high performance backend systems. Solve problems around fault tolerance, reliability, scalability, consistency, availability, throttling, and queuing of software products. Work with a team to identify application issues, communicate coding priorities, and make critical design decisions.

TO SUCCEED IN THIS ROLE:

• Education and Qualifications/Skills and Competencies. Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Information Technology, or related field of study plus five (5) years of related experience required. The company will also accept a Master's degree and two (2) years of related experience.
• Work Experience. Two (2) years of experience must include: Write and read Javascript code; Develop enterprise grade software; Developing software at scale; Node.JS, GoLang, and Amazon Web Services (AWS); Unit, integration, function, manual, and automated end to end tests; MySQL; PostgreSQL; Security authentication strategies for users; Service oriented architectures (SOA); ReactJS.
