In this position...
Reporting to the EPE business lead our Procurement/Program Control analyst will be the focal point for all prototype material request for the eMotor/ISC team. This role will also serve as the In house ISC Build Coordinator. The Analyst tracks all the variants/ components of each variant/ interface with the eMotor/ISC team, UnSE and other customers to receive requests/ manage build output via serial numbers. All the needs to be done to make sure material is available for a successful build. The analyst's primary goal is to achieve correct order placement first time through. You will interface with the requester and identify the correct information for order placement, including source of funds, sourcing status and costs. You will also be responsible for tracking and maintaining a comprehensive list of all orders open and closed, resolve issues in ordering and delivery. Support and create program timing for multiple projects. Serve as lead Procurement Analyst for organization, support other teams in organization as required.

The ideal candidate for this role will have a high tolerance for responding to repetitive questions and tasks in all facets of order placement. They will have deep desire to help resolve/solve order issues including tracking, and material receiving issues.

Qualifications

You'll have...
  • 4 years Bachelor's degree or 2 year degree and 10 years pertinent experience.
  • An eagerness to work cross-functionally in a dynamic environment where you are part of a high-performing team.
  • Solid work ethic and innate sense of urgency.
  • Excellent organizational, leadership, communication, presentation, listening and interpersonal skills.
  • A collaborative leadership style is necessary to influence and build meaningful relationships between our Purchasing, Finance, Engineering, Suppliers, Dock Personnel, and Shipping Partners.
  • Ability to quickly switch between ordering, tracking, and receiving and other assignments.
  • Coach engineering with best practices for successful order placement.
  • Experience with Microsoft Office Suite tools.
  • Practical experience generating process documentation for improving the ordering process and reports.
  • Work with our Ford dock material receiving teams with identification of inbound material recipients, and with our GPIRS receiving discrepancy coordinators in resolving material that was received but not received into the GPIRS system due to errors with the shipping paperwork.

  • SME or 2+ Years of experience with the Global Prototype Requisitioning & Scheduling (GPIRS) System.
  • High emotional intelligence in both professional and social settings with ability to establish and maintain influential relationships across the organization and with customers.
  • Creativity and critical thinking skills. Curious/challenges the status quo.
  • Program Management experience or PMP certification

This position is a range of salary grades 6-8.
