The Dedicated Cloud Capacity Planning team is responsible for driving customer success by ensuring Dedicated Cloud capacity for Customers to run their workloads. Our group is expected to have a deep understanding on how capacity (Compute, Storage & Exadata) is made available in Dedicated Clouds and is responsible to develop a close working relationship with Customers to understand their needs to drive expansions accordingly. We work with multiple teams such as Engineering, Finance, Datacenter Operations, and Supply Chain to drive End-To-End Dedicated Cloud expansions as Scale. It is very Fast-Paced environment in which we balance Customer expectations, Oracle margins, HW innovations, and Supply Chain Environment. Our work directly contributes to the success of Customers.

We are looking for a motivated and self-driven individual contributor with expertise and real-world experience in cloud infrastructure, manufacturing, and supply-chain to deliver cloud capacity at scale. You are expected to have strong program management, excellent verbal and written communication skills, and be able to develop strong relationships with Customers and internal Oracle teams. US: Hiring Range in USD from: $97,500 to $199,500 per annum. May be eligible for bonus and equity.

Candidates are typically placed into the range based on the preceding factors as well as internal peer equity.

- Monitoring Dedicated Cloud capacity consumption and trends
- Managing Customer relationship.
- Coaching customers on Capacity Management best practices
- Hosting monthly Capacity Review meetings
- Analyzing Customer demand forecasts
- Working with Engineering, Manufacturing & Supply Chain teams to make expansion recommendations
- Reporting on capacity metrics
- Providing status reports to Customers and Oracle Executives
- Partner with Technical Architects to develop capacity solutions and new products
- Develop a technical understanding of diverse workload requirements to inform appropriate storage solutions, compute capacity, and rack configurations

Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree
- 6+ years of experience with Cloud Infrastructure, Manufacturing, and/or Supply Chain
- Ability to work in a collaborative, cross-functional team environment.
- Understanding of computer science concepts (Compute, Storage and Exadata)
- Experience with application architectures such as Fault Tolerance and Disaster Recovery
