The Opportunity:
CACI is seeking a detail-oriented, mission-motivated, and emotionally intelligent system engineer to support an exciting mission software development program and help ensure processes and structures are consistently followed.

The Responsibilities:
As a Deputy Program Manager on this exciting program, you will support our product software development and engineering teams who are providing mission critical software to our clients using a modern micro-serviced architecture by:
Developing program and product overview briefings for stakeholders
Tracking and managing a small list of hardware for the program
Assist in interviews and corporate onboarding tasks to include ensuring equipment and accounts are ready
Managing staff within the program to include counseling them through setting and achieving their career goals, approving time cards, and addressing any issues quickly
Supporting the program manager in financial and staff planning and filling in for the program manager when needed.

As a Senior System Engineer, we will look to you to:
Support the Product Managers and Technical Leads in developing transition plans for users to migrate from legacy systems to the new mission CONOPs using our software.
Coordinate with the external integration team to ensure existing requirements on legacy systems are satisfied by automated tests on our system and are ready for transfer to our program. Communicate any changes to our applications that will impact their automated tests
Track and report user metrics of each application using the existing service
Support each of the two product's engineering teams and participate in engineering and CONOPs meetings/reviews
Review Requests For Change (RFCs) to determine any impacts to our program and track the RFCs with impact
Develop and maintain engineering and process documentation for the program on Confluence to include OV-1 diagrams, interface diagrams, data flows, etc.

Qualifications:
Clearance: Must have TS/SCI with CI poly (or be willing to take CI poly)
Education: Bachelor's Degree
Experience: minimum of 10 years' experience in system engineering in the IC
Available to work in-person full-time in an office environment at a CACI facility in Sterling, VA or Aurora, CO
Demonstrated experience working with others and collaborating in a team environment.
Must possess excellent oral and written communication skills and good time management skills.
Ability to work with the other team members (Developers, tech leads, engineers) team to support overall program goals
Self-motivated and capable of performing tasks with minimal oversight

Pay Range: There are a host of factors that can influence final salary including, but not limited to, geographic location, Federal Government contract labor categories and contract wage rates, relevant prior work experience, specific skills and competencies, education, and certifications. The proposed salary range for this position is:
$104,200-$229,200
