Are you a dynamic leader with a passion for operational excellence? We are looking for an Operations Manager to lead our production, logistics, warehouse, purchasing, and laboratory teams. What You'll Do:
Lead and oversee daily operations to ensure efficiency and alignment with company goals
Implement operational policies and procedures to enhance productivity
Analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) and take action for improvement
Drive continuous improvement initiatives and cost-saving measures
Ensure compliance with safety, quality, and industry regulations
Manage vendor relationships and negotiate contracts
Foster a culture of accountability, teamwork, and innovation
Work cross-functionally with Sales, Customer Service, Finance, HR, and Engineering
Report to senior leadership on operational performance and challenges
What You Bring:
Strong leadership, coaching, and team-building skills
Excellent communication and organizational abilities
Ability to work in a fast-paced, evolving environment
Proficiency in Microsoft Office and ERP systems
Six Sigma certification (Green Belt or higher preferred)
Project management experience
Qualifications:
Bachelor's Degree in Supply Chain, Logistics, Business, or related field
5-7 years of operations experience
2-4 years of leadership experience in manufacturing or distribution
Experience with LEAN manufacturing principles
Ability to travel on short notice if required
