RESPONSIBILITIES
- Lead a team to develop and implement comprehensive digital marketing strategies aligned with business goals.
- Create and launch integrated marketing campaigns across multiple platforms, including social media, email, search engines, and websites.
- Monitor and analyze the performance of digital marketing initiatives using analytics tools to optimize strategies and improve ROI.
- Oversee social media strategies, including content creation, scheduling, and engagement tactics.
- Develop standardized reports, visualizations, dashboards, and metrics to provide business insights.
- Construct data sets to analyze trends and aid business decision-making.
QUALIFICATIONS
- High level of communication and follow-through skills.
- 3 - 5 years' experience working with Marketing Analytics.
- Strong organizational and leadership skills.
- Motivated and driven by reaching goals and growth.
- Experience with Excel, Salesforce, Google Analytics, and social media advertising platforms.
- Ability to meet deadlines with strong attention to detail.
- Experience in the Financial Services area is a plus.
- 4-year college degree.
