Job Description

The Sr. Flo Affinity Marketing Channel Manager is responsible for developing and coordinating executing marketing strategies through Moen corporate, partner marketing organizations, and partner agents and salespeople to achieve the P&L objectives of the department. He/She/They will be skilled at building alignment and engagement when leading cross-functional teams including Category Management, Business Development, Sales, Digital/eBusiness, RGM, CMI, Marketing Communications, Global Brand Development (GBD), and IT.

Responsibilities
  • In partnership with Affinity Account leads, create strategy and tactics to share with Affinity partners to facilitate their marketing of Moen's Flo product to their customers or members.
  • Coordinate and lead cross functional teams with both Moen and partners brand, marketing, IT, and eCommerce team to support the achievement of group's quarterly sales targets.
  • Manage, measure, and update all customer acquisition tactics implemented by partners and influence those partners to make changes to maximize marketing returns.
  • Make conference and trade show recommendations to leadership, negotiating contracts, arranging speaking spots, and coordinating successful execution of a dozen or more shows annually.
  • Create PR and earned media strategy to gain bottoms-up consumer interest in Flo and create buzz, resulting in measurable sales for our partners.
  • Lead creation and development of marketing support materials, webinars, and other tools to help train partners and their agents on presenting Flo and deliver those materials through direct communication with stakeholders.
  • Serve as the primary marketing and PR contact for dozens of affinity partners, co-developing marketing plans and aligning sales expectations.
  • Understand P&L objectives to make sound go-to-market recommendations to drive top and bottom lines.
  • Manage the marketing budget for Flo Insurance / Affinity sales.
  • Build and maintain expertise through field travel, attendance at industry events, competitive analysis, and close collaboration with segment, sales and category management partners.


Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in marketing, Business or a related field is required; MBA is preferred.
  • Minimum of 7-10 years of marketing and experience selling products or services through partners is required. Experience within the Insurance or other affinity marketing channels is preferred.
  • Knowledge of specific marketing techniques such as email, social, paid search, webinar marketing, and other tactics required,
  • Demonstrated ability to lead through influence, collaboration, engagement and building trust.
  • Demonstrated solid analytical and organizational skills and problem-solving ability with basic financial acumen.
  • Demonstrated ability to communicate effectively with all levels of the business.
  • High level of proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Ability to travel approximately 20% of the time.

Fortune Brands believes in fair and equitable pay. A reasonable estimate of the base salary range for this role is Hiring Pay Range: $105,000 USD - $165,000 USD. Please note that actual salaries may vary within the range, or be above or below the range, based on factors including, but not limited to, education, training, experience, professional achievement, business need, and location. In addition to base salary, employees will participate in either an annual bonus plan based on company and individual performance, or a role-based sales incentive plan.
