The Role: VP, Recruiting and Organizational Impact
As our Head of Recruiting and Organizational Impact, you'll architect and execute the talent strategy that drives our growth. You'll build a high-performance recruiting team, shape our employer brand, and own the end-to-end recruiting lifecycle. Your focus will be on attracting, engaging, and hiring exceptional talent across technical, operational, and strategic roles from engineers and technicians to senior leadership.
You will also play a mission-critical role in shaping the future of our workforce - and, by extension, the future of our company. This is more than just hiring; it's about creating systems, strategies, and stories that attract top talent and empower them to drive measurable, lasting impact.

What You'll Do
- Define and execute a scalable recruiting strategy aligned with business objectives and long-term workforce planning.
- Partner with the C-suite on org design, headcount planning, and talent forecasting.
- Act as a strategic advisor to senior leadership on talent trends and organizational effectiveness.
- Lead and grow a high-performing team of recruiters.
- Build a repeatable, data-driven hiring engine focused on speed, quality, and candidate experience.
- Analyze and report on the downstream impact of hiring decisions (performance, retention, engagement).
- Collaborate cross-functionally on onboarding, leadership development, and employee success programs.
- Serve as a thought leader on talent ROI - how the right people drive revenue, culture, and innovation.
- Own and elevate our employer brand across channels, with storytelling that resonates.
- Craft a high-touch, high-quality candidate experience that reflects our values and differentiates us in the market.
- Lead external partnerships with universities, industry groups, and recruiting platforms.

What You'll Bring
- 10+ years of progressive experience in recruiting or talent strategy - with at least 5 years in a senior leadership role.
- Proven success scaling talent functions in high-growth or high-tech environments.
- Strong command of data, metrics, and systems (ATS, CRM, talent intelligence platforms).
- A sharp eye for talent, a deep understanding of org design, and a passion for building teams that scale.
- Executive-level communication skills and a bias for action.
- A genuine belief in the power of people to drive business transformation.
