Position Overview:
We are looking for a skilled and motivated Senior General Liability Claims Adjuster to manage a diverse portfolio of moderate to high-complexity GL claims. This position is critical to delivering prompt, fair, and efficient claims handling in line with our company's standards and growth objectives. The ideal candidate brings strong technical expertise, sound judgment, and a proactive approach to resolving claims while delivering exceptional service to insureds, brokers, and partners.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage end-to-end handling of general liability claims, including investigation, evaluation, reserving, negotiation, and resolution.
• Handle claims involving bodily injury, property damage, premises liability, and products/completed operations.
• Evaluate coverage, determine liability, assess damages, and develop strategic action plans.
• Engage with policyholders, claimants, legal counsel, vendors, and other stakeholders throughout the life of the claim.
• Participate in settlement negotiations and manage litigation in collaboration with defense counsel.
• Maintain timely, accurate, and detailed claim file documentation in compliance with internal guidelines and regulatory standards.
• Provide mentorship to junior adjusters when needed and contribute to team collaboration and best practices.
• Support the Claims Supervisor with audits, reporting, and special projects as assigned.

Qualifications:

• 5+ years of experience handling general liability claims, with proven ability to manage complex and litigated files.
• Strong working knowledge of GL policy forms, legal principles, and claims practices.
• Experience with MGAs, carriers, or TPAs strongly preferred.
• Excellent analytical, negotiation, and communication skills.
• Proficient in claims management systems and Microsoft Office Suite.
• Adjuster license(s) as required by jurisdiction.
