Goshen Physicians is hiring a Board Eligible / Board Certified Endocrinology Physician to join our team. This is a full-time position as part of a team of providers and diabetic educators. The Endocrinology team is made of up one physician, two advanced practice providers, and two diabetic educators. The two advanced practice providers provide care to patients with diabetes and endocrine disorders. They offer a lot of support handling the volume of referrals to the endocrinology clinic, especially for diabetes care. The two diabetes educators see patients for diabetes education and nutritional counseling. They offer one on one diabetes technology support, diabetes technology trouble shooting, and handle all training for insulin pump onboarding. This team partners with our Gastroenterology team making up our Digestive Health service line.

Candidate Requirements:
- Must be Board Eligible or Board Certified
- Comfortable managing adult individuals with diabetes, endocrine disorders, and endocrine disease in pregnancy.
- Provide continuing care for the individual and family across all genders, diseases, and parts of the body
- Focus on community, emphasizing disease prevention, wellness, and health promotion
- Provide personal, comprehensive and continuing care for the individual in the context of the family and the community
