Responsibilities

As an Enterprise Visibility and Security Account Manager at Keysight Technologies, you will play a pivotal role in driving the adoption and success of our visibility and security solutions among enterprise clients on the US Pacific Northwest. Leveraging your industry expertise and customer-centric approach, you will establish and nurture relationships with key stakeholders and partners as well as understand their business objectives and deliver tailored solutions to meet their evolving needs.

Responsibilities:
  • Client Relationship Management:
    • Build and maintain strong relationships with enterprise technical partners, partners, clients, including C-level executives, IT leaders, and security professionals.
    • Act as a trusted advisor to clients, understanding their unique challenges and objectives related to enterprise visibility and security.
    • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment of solutions with client requirements and deliver exceptional value.
  • Solution Selling:
    • Develop a deep understanding of Keysight's enterprise visibility and security solutions, including network monitoring, threat detection, and compliance management.
    • Identify client needs and pain points, articulate the value proposition of Keysight's offerings, and propose customized solutions to address specific requirements.
    • Drive the sales process from lead generation to closure, effectively managing pipeline activities and forecasting revenue opportunities.
  • Market & Region Strategy:
    • Conduct market research and competitive analysis to identify trends, opportunities, and threats within the enterprise visibility and security landscape.
    • Collaborate with marketing and product teams to develop targeted sales campaigns, promotional activities, and product enhancements.
    • Provide feedback and insights from the field to inform product development and go-to-market strategies.
  • Account Growth and Expansion:
    • Grow revenue and market share within assigned accounts through upselling, cross-selling, and expansion into new business units or geographical regions.
    • Develop account plans and strategies to maximize customer satisfaction, retention, and loyalty.
    • Track and report on key performance indicators (KPIs), including sales targets, customer satisfaction metrics, and market penetration.

Qualifications

  • Proven experience (5+ years) in enterprise sales, account management, or business development within the visibility and security industry.
  • Understanding of enterprise networking, cybersecurity, and IT infrastructure, with familiarity with technologies such as network monitoring tools, SIEM solutions, and threat intelligence platforms.
  • Strong track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets, driving customer engagement, and building long-term relationships with clients.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills, with the ability to influence and persuade stakeholders at all levels of the organization.
  • Results-driven, self-motivated, and able to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
  • Willingness to travel as needed to meet with clients, attend industry events, and collaborate with internal teams.
