Senior Interoperability Tester to work in the Washington DC area

Basic Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, or related field
• 5+ years of software QA or system integration testing experience
• 3+ years of experience specifically focused on interoperability testing
• Deep knowledge of data exchange protocols and standards (e.g., HL7, FHIR, EDI, JSON, XML)
• Strong experience with API testing tools (e.g., Postman, SoapUI, ReadyAPI, Swagger)
• Hands-on experience with automation frameworks and scripting (e.g., Python, Java, Selenium, JMeter)
• Familiarity with version control (e.g., Git), CI/CD pipelines, and Agile methodologies

• Experience in healthcare, finance, or government environments
• Knowledge of interface engines or middleware (e.g., Mirth Connect, Cloverleaf)
• Exposure to cloud-based environments (e.g., AWS, Azure)
• Industry certifications in interoperability or quality assurance
