A leading technology company seeks a Business Process Representative. The successful candidate will assist management with tactical business plans and technical project objectives. Business Process Representative Pay and Benefits:

• Hourly pay: $40/hr
• Worksite: Electronics Testing and Measurement Company (Santa Rosa, CA 95403 - Onsite)
• W2 Employment, Group Medical, Dental, Vision, Life, Retirement Savings Program, PSL
• 40 hours/week, 24 Month Assignment

Business Process Representative Responsibilities:

• Assist management with tactical business plans and technical project objectives.
• Support individual contributors in NPI technical, process, or administrative roles.
• Collaborate with R&D, NPI Engineering, and Planning teams to ensure smooth product transitions to manufacturing.
• Ensure production and NPI parts meet delivery and quality expectations.
• Communicate effectively with all personnel and keep management informed of progress and key issues.
• Interpret requirements, planning and directing schedules, monitoring budgets, assigning tasks, and tracking performance.
• Encourage shared process ownership and drive continual improvement of processes and quality using LEAN principles.
• Assist with the day-to-day NPI Operations.

Business Process Representative Qualifications:

• Extensive knowledge of production, operation, and inventory control processes.
• Extensive knowledge of the Oracle system.
• Familiar with finance systems and well-versed in budgets and expense controls.
• Strong organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Growth mindset.

Shift:

• Monday to Friday from 08:00 AM to 04:30 PM.
