Eli Lilly and Company seeks an IDS Analyst (R2-R3) to develop and deploy pipelines for processing and analyzing data on a cloud-based data analysis platform. Use machine and deep learning for insight generation for therapeutics discovery and development. Design, develop, and deploy new data visualization tools. Utilize software engineering best practices to advance solutions. Evaluate technical decisions and anticipate issues. Apply biological and clinical knowledge to data engineering to help select relevant features and create a proper QC workflow. #LI-DNI
Position requires a Master's degree in Computer Science, Informatics, Business Analytics, or a related field and 1 year of experience with data management, data visualizations, and software development. In lieu of a Master's degree in Computer Science, Informatics, Business Analytics, or a related field and 1 year of experience with data management, data visualizations, and software development, employer will accept a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Informatics, Business Analytics, or a related field and 3 years of experience with data management, data visualizations, and software development. Experience must include a minimum of: 1 year of experience with cloud computing technologies; 1 year of experience software development and version control using Git; 1 year of experience automating data extraction and developing data processing pipelines; 1 year of experience with clinical data or biological datasets; 1 year of experience with Python, R, and SQL; and experience creating dashboards in Spotfire or Tableau. Part time telecommuting may be permitted. Up to 15% domestic and international travel required. #LI-DNI

Actual compensation will depend on a candidate's education, experience, skills, and geographic location. The anticipated wage for this position is
$103,215
Full-time equivalent employees also will be eligible for a company bonus (depending, in part, on company and individual performance).
