As a Senior Software Engineer, you will play a crucial role in designing, developing, and maintaining high-quality software solutions. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver scalable and robust applications. Your expertise in Java, cloud platforms, databases, CICD systems, and monitoring tools will be essential in driving our projects forward. Additionally, you will be responsible for ensuring high availability and reliability of our systems through strong production support and a focus on customer experience.

Skills Required:
7+ years of experience in software development with a strong focus on Java. Incident Management: Respond to production incidents, troubleshoot issues, and implement solutions to restore service quickly. Monitoring and Alerting: Develop and maintain comprehensive monitoring and alerting systems to detect anomalies and potential problems. Automation: Automate repetitive tasks, deployments, and infrastructure management to improve efficiency and reduce errors. Performance Tuning: Identify and resolve performance bottlenecks in applications and infrastructure. Collaboration: Work closely with developers, other engineers, and stakeholders to resolve issues and improve system reliability. Post-Incident Analysis: Conduct blameless postmortems to identify root causes and prevent future incidents. Security: Implement and maintain security best practices. Documentation: Create and maintain clear and concise documentation. SRE Principles: Help drive the adoption of SRE principles, including SLOs, SLIs, and error budgets.

Skills Preferred:
Mentor and guide junior engineers, fostering a culture of continuous learning and improvement. Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices to drive innovation within the team

Experience Required:
Proven experience with Google Cloud Platform (GCP) or other cloud services. Expertise in working with RDBMS such as PostgreSQL, SQL Server, etc. Strong experience with CICD systems such as Jenkins, Tekton, etc. Familiarity with monitoring tools like Dynatrace, GCP Logs, Grafana, Splunk, etc. Demonstrated experience in production support and incident management, with a focus on enhancing customer experience.

Experience Preferred:
Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail. Strong communication and collaboration skills. Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, agile environment.

Education Required:
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field; Master's degree preferred.

Additional Information:
2 days per week in H1 2025 and 3 days per week in H2 2025
