Bring your passion and marketing expertise to deliver the most epic and immersive LEGO brand experiences for families with children 2-12 visiting the LEGOLAND parks and discovery centers. Build brand love and loyalty to the millions of guests across the world!

Core Responsibilities
  • Develop global go-to-market strategy and activation plans that are aligned with overall LEGO priorities and Merlin ambitions
  • Ensure strong connected ecosystem, CRM platforms and wider digital integration
  • Own and lead the integration of key franchises/passion points and ensure they are brought to life in parks and discovery centers in a consistent and connected way
  • Be the point of contact for global, regional and local Merlin marketing teams and support their marketing integration towards LEGO owned, earned, shared and paid channels. - Special attention to the Americas region
  • Represent Merlin Entertainments towards the wider LEGO Group organization and global marketing teams. Help unleash the full potential of the parks and discovery centers within the wider LEGO ecosystem
  • Support brand stewardship team and be an integrated part of the global marketing team

The LEGO Brand Parks and Experience team is a part of LEGO Holding division in the LEGO Group and supports the LEGO mission to inspire and develop the builders of tomorrow. Our overall responsibility is to drive the strategic partnership between the LEGO Group and Merlin Entertainments. Our purpose is to leverage synergies and create consistent and connected experiences across LEGOLAND and the LEGO Group.

Our mission is to deliver fun and immersive experiences that are on an epic scale and sparking a lifetime of play, creativity and imagination. In this role you will be a part of the team responsible for brand, marketing and innovation within LEGO Brand Parks and Experience team.

Merlin Entertainments Group is the second largest theme park operator in the world. Among others, the group owns and operates 10 LEGOLAND Parks, 29 indoor LEGOLAND Discovery Centers, 9 LEGOLAND Hotels and 4 LEGOLAND Water Parks with more than 17 million guests a year.

Do you have what it takes?
  • Proven experience managing a top tier global brand/IP
  • Strong marketing and brand skills with strong proven record of building brands
  • Experience in working in a global company and across markets and cultures
  • Collaborative with demonstrated ability to navigate a sophisticated people network and cultures
  • Ability to balance global direction and localized approach.
  • Exceptional communication skills and a dedicated team player with strong personal integrity.
  • Able to work effectively both autonomously and as part of a team.
  • Strong digital experience
  • Proficient in English
  • 10% travel per year


Additional details on this position
  • The salary for this position has a range of $124,700 - $187,000 USD based on anticipated responsibilities, market benchmarks, and organizational constraints. The LEGO Group carefully considers a wide range of compensation factors, including but not limited to prior experience, skills, expertise, location, internal equity, and other considerations permitted by law. The comprehensive remuneration details, inclusive of benefits, will be communicated upon finalization of the employment offer.
  • This position will initially be based at 501 Boylston St. in Boston, before moving to a new office location at 1001 Boylston St. by mid-2025. Our hiring teams will discuss this with you during the interview stages.
