How you will create an impact
We have an exciting opportunity for a Global Program Manager to join AIG's Global Business Operations and Claims team to support the delivery of an engaging and seamless experience for early career talent to ensure they develop the skills and capabilities most critical to our business.
The Global Program Manager will have primary responsibility for managing and coordinating Early Career Programs in Global Business Operations (GBO) & Claims, specifically, the Analyst Program (Global), Apprenticeship Program (UK and USA), and Summer Intern Program (UK and USA).
In addition, provide support to GBO's Strategic & Business Management team.

For positions based in New York, the base salary range is $118,000-$160,000 and the position is eligible for a bonus in accordance with the terms of the applicable incentive plan. Specific responsibilities will include:
- Partner closely and collaborate with the Global Early Careers Team to support the delivery of an AIG wide program experience and to ensure alignment between enterprise-wide development experiences and GBO specific learning.
- Build relationships with Business Leaders, HR Business Partners, and other Program Managers to understand program needs, maintain alignment of program offerings, and provide a continuous feedback loop.
- Responsible for working with business leaders to create impactful and meaningful rotations that meet the business and Early Career program needs. Responsible for metrics to measure success of rotations
- Partner with the Global Early Careers Team to manage the rotational programs that meet the business and program needs
- Responsible working with Sr leaders and Early Careers in identifying the best people managers for program participants and responsible measuring their effectiveness
- Manage the end-to-end coordination of program participants transitioning through rotations in partnership with business leaders.
- Facilitate discussions with program participants to ensure they are on track with learning experiences, review their progress and challenges; share feedback themes and learning needs with Global Early Careers Team.
- Meet regularly with managers to assess participant progress, review program experience, and identify learning needs.
- Support recruitment processes.
- Partner with the Global Early Career Team to review attrition and career progression metrics for program participants and alumni and identify potential solutions to improve program effectiveness and impact.
- As required, provide additional support to GBO's Strategy & Business Management team, including but not limited to select Business Management Processes, Analytics and Ad-hoc projects.
